- Dispatch times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Locations: 5-10 business days
- Remote Areas: May take additional time depending on courier availability
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹7,000.
- A standard shipping fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
6. Delays & Issues
- While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier issues).

7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images for verification.
