3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: May take additional time depending on courier availability

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹7,000.
  • A standard shipping fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

6. Delays & Issues

  • While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier issues).

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images for verification.
  • We will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
